Best Students of Forestry Faculty Traditionally Employed by Acting Director of SE “Srbijašume” Igor Braunović

On the occasion of marking the 102nd anniversary of the Faculty of Forestry of the University of Belgrade, an official ceremony was held on December 5th, 2022. In addition to representatives of the Faculty of Forestry, the ceremony was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, public forest management enterprises “Srbijašume” and “Vojvodinašume”, and the Faculty of Forestry of the University of Banja Luka.

The anniversary celebration was marked by awarding employment contracts to the best students of the Faculty of Forestry. Three graduated forestry engineers – Božidar Vučićević, Novica Radulović and Marko Vesić, who are to perform the duties of district (’revir’) engineers, were employed by the acting director of the State Enterprise for Forest Management “Srbijašume” Igor Braunović.

Božidar Vučićević got a position at “Golija” Ivanjica Forest Estate (FE), Novica Radulović at “Stolovi” Kraljevo FE, and Marko Vesić at “Rasina” Kruševac FE.

On behalf of the acting director, the employment contracts were handed over by Zoran Maksimović (Ph. D.), executive director of the Department for Commercial Affairs and Marketing, who had also become employed with SE “Srbijašume” as one of the three best students in 2010.
