From its establishment to the present day, SE “Srbijašume” has been guided by the principles of transparency, professionalism and provision of quality services to all those with whom it cooperates on a daily basis.
In order for business to be practicable and feasible by respecting the set principles, the basic capital of the company is represented by people who are highly skilled, dedicated and, above all, innovative in achieving the ambitious goals and objectives of the Enterprise. Hence, we are proud to point out that our management team, day by day, is becoming richer with professional and motivated personnel who have already accomplished many significant results in the fields entrusted with their management.
We are particularly proud of the fact that, for the first time, the position of executive director is to be held by our staff member from one of the forest estates, which shows that we monitor and support the development of employees from all parts of our Enterprise.
Today, one more exceptional professional is joining our team, taking on a new role and new responsibilities – Mr. Slaviša Radosavljević, with many years of experience in the fields of forestry, forest utilization and commerce, which he will be managing in the coming period, all with the aim of further improving the work performance and results of our Enterprise.
Forest Enterprise “Užice”, that has brought out such an expert, has also laid the foundation and set the direction for career growth of proven professionals within our Enterprise.
Slaviša Radosavljević was born in Užice on January 2nd, 1979. He obtained the title of forestry technician at the School of Forestry in Kraljevo and, later, graduated from the Faculty of Forestry in Belgrade. He has been employed with the State Enterprise “Srbijašume” since October 1st, 2007. He started work at Forest Estate “Užice”, Forest Administration “Zlatibor”, then moved to FA “Kosjerić” to the position of district (“revir”) engineer on November 8th, 2010, and became manager of that FA on November 9th, 2011.
On March 12th, 2014 , he was appointed director of FE “Užice” and performed that duty until May 2024. Since 2021, he has also acted as President of the Assembly of Nature Park “Šargan – Mokra Gora”.
He is married, and is the father of one child.
