The aim of the visit was to exchange experiences in the field of protected area management and forest management in protected areas under the responsibility SE “Srbija\u0161ume”.<\/p>\n
The Department for Forestry and Environmental Protection, together with Forest Estate \u201cU\u017eice\u201d, organized a working visit that included the following: a presentation of the management of NP “Zlatibor”; the work of SE “Srbija\u0161ume” in the field of forest management planning and performance of expert advisory work in privately owned forests (owned by natural persons) in SE “Srbija\u0161ume” and NP “Zlatibor”; a field tour of the site in the area of NP “Zlatibor”, namely: Ribni\u010dko Lake<\/em> \u2013 a presentation of the work on the arrangement of NP “Zlatibor”; Tornik<\/em> – an example of cooperation between PE “Skijali\u0161ta Srbija” (\u201cSki Resorts of Serbia\u201d) and SE “Srbija\u0161ume”, i.e., the compatibility of forest management with the development of ski infrastructure; Dobroselica<\/em> \u2013 a tour of a geoheritage object, the Prerast natural stone bridge, and a cultural monument, the Log Cabin Church; Gostilje<\/em> – a waterfall, an object of hydroheritage and an example of cooperation with the Tourism Organization; NP “\u0160argan – Mokra gora”<\/em> – an example of a protected area managed by Mokra Gora ltd. where SE “Srbija\u0161ume” manages forests within the protected area \u2013 the localities of the Beli Rzav<\/em>, Bele Vode<\/em> water spring, Jatare train stop and Me\u0107avnik (Drvengrad\/Kustendorf).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The delegation of PE “National Forests” from North Macedonia, consisting of acting director of PE “National Forests” with associates, and representatives of the Macedonian Ecological Society, paid a visit to…<\/a><\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/srbijasume.rs\/ssume\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/20230314_180429-scaled.jpg\")
