{"id":109,"date":"2019-03-28T07:45:05","date_gmt":"2019-03-28T06:45:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ssume.test\/?page_id=109"},"modified":"2026-03-04T11:20:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T10:20:04","slug":"organizaciona-struktura","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/srbijasume.rs\/en\/pd\/organizaciona-struktura\/","title":{"rendered":"Organizational Structure"},"content":{"rendered":"There are three levels in the organizational structure of Forest Management Company &#8220;Srbija\u0161ume&#8221; LLC Belgrade:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General Directorate of &#8220;Srbija\u0161ume&#8221; LLC Belgrade, headquartered in Belgrade;<\/li>\n<li>Company parts: 18 Forest Estates, Bureau for Planning &amp; Design in Forestry, and Other Forestry Products&amp;Services, Belgrade; and<\/li>\n<li>Work units: 69 Forest Administrations and 21 other work units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General<\/strong><strong> Directorate<\/strong> deals with strategic affairs, which include the development of Company policy, as well as the development of the Annual Operational Program, Annual Forest Management Plan and Annual Financial Statement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forest <\/strong><strong>Estates <\/strong>are formed at the level of forest areas and represent profit centers; their organizational structure is made up of services. Forest Estates are managed by Estate Directors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forest Administrations<\/strong> administrations are the basic units of planning and organization of forest management activities.
